NOTE: Everyone including children below 3 years must be provided a separate seat in the bus according to the European Law in this regard. 

DEADLINE: 24 December. Seats are allotted in the order of payments received and they may get fully booked before the deadline. So don’t wait until the last moment to confirm your place in the trip.

– 9:00 AM from Brussels (North Station)
– 9:15 AM from Brussels (Evere)
– 9:45 AM from Mechelen
– 10:00 AM from Antwerp

*Our exact pick-up points for each location above are explained in the FAQ section on our website. The timings mentioned above may be altered considering the participants joining from each pick-up location and organization of our buses routes. Final timings shall be intimated to the registered participants in advance via email. Note that if there are less than 5 participants from any pick-up locations, you may be asked to join from the nearest confirmed location. Should this be the case, we shall inform guests in advance of the trip. Leuven may be added as additional pick-up point if there are more than 5 participants joining from there. Please mention Leuven in the NOTES box while making your booking so that we are informed about your preferred choice.

IMPORTANT DETAILS

1. MEGA TRIP means that we will be having more than one buses for this trip starting from different cities. So if you are joining with your friends, please make the reservation together so that your seats are allotted together by our system automatically.
2. In order to get the best out of your visit, check in advance about all the marvelous places, activities, attractions that you may visit by clicking here. Since the whole city will be converted to a huge festivity place with a lots of people, you would be free to roam around on your own after arrival at the city center and be back to the bus parking at the announced timings by See-EU TMs. Our TMs shall also provide you practical tips to make the best out of your visit.
3. All the registered guests shall be asked a few days in advance about their willingness to join the world famous and unique water bus on a discounted rate whereby you can experience Rotterdam both on road as well as in water where the same bus enters the river from the road and starts floating and cruising in water. Once in a lifetime experience for sure.
4. We shall leave from Rotterdam at around 1:00 AM. Considering the convenience of participants, during the return journey, passengers may be dropped at the following locations if required at Antwerp Stadspark near Central Station at around 2 AM, Antwerp Crowne Plaza Hotel at around 2:15 AM, Mechelen Electriciteitstraat at around 2:30 AM, Brussels Evere at around 2:50 AM, Brussels Merode, Schuman, Madou and Rogier may be added if needed en-route during the return journey only. Brussels North Station at around 3:30 AM;  and Gent at around 4:30 AM.
