*Our exact pick-up points for each location above are explained in the FAQ section on our website. The timings mentioned above may be slightly altered depending on the participants joining from each pick-up location and finalized route of our buses accordingly. Final timings shall be intimated to the registered participants in advance via email. If there are less than 5 participants from any boarding location, they shall be asked to join from the nearest confirmed pick-up location.

IMPORTANT DETAILS 

  1. As you all know that the sales take place in Europe during the months of January and July. It is only during these months that we organize this trip.
  2. If we go as a group with our own bus, you shall receive what they call ‘Fashion Passport‘ which is containing even more discount coupons on selected outlets. So sales period already has discounted prices, whereas you receive even more discounts since you would be part of our group.
  3. Tentative return timings : – Leuven 21:00 – Brussels (Evere) 21:30 – Brussels (North Station) 21:45 – Mechelen 22:15 – Antwerp 22:30 (These timings may vary depending on the finalized route of our buses).
