NOTE: Even if children below 4 years have free entrance at Keukenhof, they must have separate seat in the bus as per the regulations in Europe.

REMEMBER: Since there are going to be several buses from each location, please book your seats once altogether with your friends & colleagues if you wish your seats to be together and in the same bus. Any requests for merging your seats together at a later stage shall be charged at 5€ for each of such change requests. No bus or seat change switch requests shall be possible once your bus numbers and seat numbers are issued.

*Our exact pick-up points for each location above are explained in the FAQ section on our website. The timings mentioned above may be altered considering the participants joining from each pick-up location and organization of our buses routes. Final timings shall be intimated to the registered participants in advance via email. Hence, follow the pick-up timings that are mentioned in our email to you and not the ones mentioned above. Also note that following locations shall not be cancelled irrespective of the number of guests boarding from there  : Gent, Brussels, Evere, Mechelen, Antwerp, Luxembourg, Liege. Note that after our final bus planning is done during the week of the trip, some guests from Brussels North Station and Evere may be asked to board the bus from one of these two locations which may be different from the originally opted boarding location. Also, if there are less than 10 participants from the remaining pick-up points, you may be asked to join the trip from nearest available point. Should this be the case, we shall inform guests at least 3 days before the trip date.

IMPORTANT DETAILS

1. Since the renowned Flower Parade takes place only once in a year, we expect a lot of people heading to Keukenhof on this day especially for the parade only. Departure on time is very crucial for this trip so our buses will pick-up the guests and leave right away towards Keukenhof. So make sure to be at least 10 minutes before the scheduled departure timings mentioned above.
2. This day hundreds & thousands of people visit Keukenhof just to witness the spectacular flower parade but this also entails that the park shall be heavily crowded and a lot of traffic shall be moving in the direction of Keukenhof. Registered guests shall be advised by our team how to make the best use of your visit to the park as well as for witnessing the parade to its best.
3. If you have substantial number of participants from a different city than the ones mentioned above, write us an email so that we can check the feasibility of putting an extra bus from your city. Note that from one city only one pick-up/drop-off location shall be there.
4. VERY IMPORTANT: Please note that the bookings from some pick-up points for this trip shall be closed at midnight on Tuesday 16 April. On Wednesday we shall finalize the lists of guests and our buses routes. On Friday 19 April, only selective bookings shall be opened again if the seats are available from specific pick-up locations. So you do not have to call us to ask about availability, you may just check on our website yourself. Just select a specific pick-up location in the drop-down menu on this trip page and it will show you how many seats are available from that location. It is possible that overall trip shows the availability of 100 seats whereas from your preferred pick-up location only 10 or even no seat is available. You may send us an email writing your required seats, preferred pick-up location and your contact number so that if there is any cancellation from those locations, then we will contact you ourselves.
5. Attention: the tickets that we provide for Keukenhof this year are dated for the specific day of your visit. Any request to shift your booking date which is made latest by Monday during the week of the trip shall incur 5€ per person service charges + depending on the Keukenhof garden’s ticket availability. We cannot make any changes or cancel your tickets after Monday of the week of your trip’s departure.
6. Note that after our final bus planning is done, we may release limited number of seats from specific boarding locations only 2-3 days in advance of that trip. We shall announce such releases on our FACEBOOK GROUP from time to time.
7. Tentative return timings : Between 8 and 9:30 PM at all pick-up points in Belgium – Luxembourg city at around 11 PM – Lille at around 9:30 PM and Paris at around 11:30 PM. Please note that the departure timings may be slightly altered depending on the final routes of all buses.
