The timings mentioned above may be slightly altered depending on the participants joining from each pick-up location. Final timings shall be intimated to the registered participants in advance via email. Please note that if there are less than 3 participants from any location, you may be asked to board from confirmed nearest location.

IMPORTANT DETAILS

- There are Spring Holidays in schools of Belgium during the week of this trip.
- Denmark, Sweden and Finland are a part of Schengen Territory so any lawful resident in Belgium/the Netherlands or any other Schengen country can travel there. There are compulsory passport controls during this trip. Each participant must possess a valid passport + valid visa OR valid passport + valid resident card. Do not book this trip if you cannot bring your valid passport with valid visa in it OR if the visa is expired then a valid resident card from any Schengen countries accompanied with your national passport.
- Check always your Spam as well as other folders to find our emails, especially Gmail users.

- We shall have 4 overnights hotel and cruise stay: for two nights at Cruise from Stockholm to Turku and back in four sharing rooms (depending on the availability at Cruise) equipped with attached toilet, bathroom, TV, hair dryer etc. And for two nights at Radisson Blu Hotel in Oulu in four sharing rooms (depending on the availability at Cruise) equipped with attached toilet, bathroom, free wi-fi, bed linen, hair dryer, TV with satellite channels, free toiletries etc. If you need separate room, please check our FAQ section to know how to reserve it. It is possible to have a few separate double or triple rooms, however, that would be additional 300 € per separate room (not per person) (separate rooms shall be provided both for the two nights stay in cruise ship as well as two nights stay at Radisson Blu Hotel). Note also that 4 persons mentioned above mean person above the age of 3 years. Children below 3 years of age will not be provided a separate bed but only separate seat in the bus, which is mandatory as per European regulations.
- Tentative return timings on Saturday 28 December in Utrecht at around 7 AM, Breda 8:00 AM, Antwerp 9:30 AM, Mechelen 9:45 AM, Brussels around 10:30 AM.

PROVISIONAL PROGRAM
Day 1: Friday
- Departure from Belgium: We will start at 20:00 hrs from Belgium, with a pick-up from the Netherlands based on your boarding selection. Get ready for an exciting adventure ahead!
Day 2: Saturday
- Morning: Begin your journey by boarding the Scandlines ferry from Puttgarden to Rødby, followed by a scenic road trip towards Copenhagen.
- Full Day in Copenhagen: Enjoy a leisurely day exploring Copenhagen. Discover its iconic sights, culture, and holiday charm. See-TM shall take you around the most popular tourist attractions.
- Evening: After a full day of sightseeing, embark on an overnight journey to Stockholm.
Day 3: Sunday
- Morning: Arrive in the beautiful city of Stockholm.
- Explore the capital of Sweden: Explore and enjoy the Swedish capital at your own pace.
- Evening: Board an overnight cruise from Stockholm to Turku, where you will sleep onboard and enjoy a relaxing night at sea.
Day 4: Monday
- Morning: After a luscious breakfast on-board the cruise, we will disembark and travel by bus to Helsinki. Welcome to the Happiest country in the World.
- Free Time in Helsinki: Explore the Finnish capital, take in the winter atmosphere, and enjoy the local sights and shopping.
- Evening: Begin the overnight journey to Lapland.
Day 5: Tuesday
- Morning: After a restful journey, we arrive at Lapland and enjoy some free time in Kemi/Santa Claus Village.
- Afternoon: The bus will bring you to our Radisson Blu Hotel in Oulu for a 2-night stay. Settle in and relax.
Day 6: Wednesday
- Santa Claus Village, Rovaniemi: Depart from Oulu for a magical day trip to the famous Santa Claus Village in Rovaniemi. Visit the Arctic Circle and meet Santa!
- Return to Oulu: After an unforgettable experience, head back to Oulu for the night.
Day 7: Thursday
- Turku Bound: From Oulu, travel towards Turku for a scenic journey.
- Free Time in Turku: Enjoy a few hours of free time to explore this charming city, known for its medieval history and festive vibe.
- Evening: Board an overnight cruise back to Stockholm. Relax and unwind as you spend the night onboard.
Day 8: Friday
- Arrival in Stockholm: Disembark and drive towards Malmö. Third largest city of Sweden and home to the Tallest Building of the whole Scandinavia.
- Break in Malmö: After a few hours break in Malmö, you will begin your return journey back to the Netherland & Belgium.
Day 9: Saturday
- Arrival back home and time to cherish all the wonderful memories of 3 Scandinavian Capitals & Magical Lapland.
