YOUR CONVENIENCE, OUR GOAL: We understand that some of our guests might find it difficult to pay the whole booking amount at once. Don’t worry, at See-EU we try to accommodate the best convenient possibilities for our beloved guests. If you cannot make the whole payment at once, simply place your booking and make half payment immediately. You may pay the remaining half amount latest by 02 December 2025. * Our exact pick-up points for each location above are explained in the FAQ section on our website. The timings mentioned above may be slightly altered depending on the participants joining from each pick-up location. Final timings shall be intimated to the registered participants in advance via email. Please note that if there are less than 3 participants from any location, you may be asked to board from confirmed nearest location.

IMPORTANT DETAILS

- Denmark, Sweden and Finland are a part of Schengen Territory so any lawful resident in Belgium/the Netherlands or any other Schengen country can travel there. There are compulsory passport controls during this trip. Each participant must be carrying their valid national passport and if you are a citizen of a Non-EU country then you should have either a valid resident card of any EU country or a valid Schengen visa for the period of this trip affixed in your passport. Please note that you cannot join this trip if you do not possess the aforesaid valid documents.
- Check always your Spam as well as other folders to find our emails, especially Gmail users.
- In order to enjoy your trip to it’s best, it is highly recommended to concentrate on warm clothing and not fashion. - We shall have 4 overnights hotel and cruise stay: for two nights at Cruise from Stockholm to Turku and back in four sharing rooms (depending on the availability at Cruise) equipped with attached toilet, bathroom, TV, hair dryer etc. And for two nights at a 4 STAR HOTEL in three sharing rooms equipped with attached toilet, bathroom, free wi-fi, bed linen, hair dryer, TV with satellite channels, free toiletries etc. If you need separate room, please check our FAQ section to know how to reserve it. It is possible to have a few separate double or triple rooms, however, that would be additional 300 € per separate room for 4 nights (not per person) (separate rooms shall be provided both for the two nights stay in cruise ship as well as two nights stay at the hotel). Note also that 4 persons mentioned above mean person above the age of 3 years. Children below 3 years of age will not be provided a separate bed but only separate seat in the bus, which is mandatory as per European regulations.
- Tentative return timings on Sunday 28 December in Utrecht at around 2:30 AM, Breda at around 3:30 AM, Antwerp 5 AM, Mechelen 5:25 AM, Brussels around 6:00 AM, Gent around 7:00 AM.

PROVISIONAL PROGRAM
Day 1: Friday
- Departure from Belgium: We will start at 20:45 hrs from Belgium, with a pick-up from various locations in Belgium and in the Netherlands based on your boarding selection. Get ready for an exciting adventure ahead!
Day 2: Saturday
- Morning: Begin your journey by boarding a short cruise trip from Germany to Denmark, followed by a scenic road trip towards Copenhagen.
- Full Day in Copenhagen: Enjoy a leisurely day exploring Copenhagen. Discover its iconic sights, culture, and holiday charm. DON’T WORRY! We do not bring you to some location and abandon you to roam around on your own. See-TM shall accompany you around the most popular tourist attractions and also give you sufficient free time for shopping etc.
- Evening: After a full day of sightseeing, embark on an overnight journey to Stockholm by our own bus.
Day 3: Sunday
- Morning: Arrive in the beautiful city of Stockholm.
- Explore the capital of Sweden: Explore and enjoy the Swedish capital at your own pace. DON’T WORRY! We do not bring you to some location and abandon you to roam around on your own. See-TM shall accompany you around the most popular tourist attractions and also give you sufficient free time for shopping etc.
- Evening: Board an overnight cruise from Stockholm to Turku, where you will sleep onboard and enjoy a relaxing night at sea.
Day 4: Monday
- Morning: After a luscious breakfast on-board the cruise, we will disembark and travel by our bus to Helsinki. Welcome to the Happiest country in the World.
- Free Time in Helsinki: Explore the Finnish capital, take in the winter atmosphere, and enjoy the local sights and shopping. Don’t worry, we do not bring you to some location and abandon you to roam around on your own. See-TM shall accompany you around the most popular tourist attractions and also give you sufficient free time for shopping etc.
- Evening: Begin the overnight journey to Lapland.
Day 5: Tuesday
- Morning: After a restful journey, we arrive at Lapland and enjoy some free time in Santa Claus Village. Explore all the possible activities that you may opt for during your stay in Lapland including Husky Rides, Reindeer Rides, Aurora (Northern) Lights Hunting etc.
- Afternoon: DON’T WORRY! You will not be staying in some sloppy hostel or sub-standard hotel. In order to make this trip a memorable one, we will be heading to a 4 STAR HOTEL for a 2-night stay. Settle in and relax or go for Aurora Lights Hunting during the night (optional).
Day 6: Wednesday
- Santa Claus Village, Rovaniemi: Get ready for a magical day trip to the famous Santa Claus Village in Rovaniemi. Visit the Arctic Circle and meet Santa!
- Return to hotel: After an unforgettable experience, head back to the hotel for the night or go for Aurora Lights Hunting during the night (optional).
Day 7: Thursday
- Turku Bound: Overnight travel towards Turku for a spectacular journey.
Day 8: Friday
- Free Time in Turku: Enjoy free time to explore this charming city, known for its medieval history and festive vibes. DON’T WORRY! We do not bring you to some location and abandon you to roam around on your own. See-TM shall accompany you around the most popular tourist attractions.
- Evening: Board an overnight cruise back to Stockholm. Relax and unwind as you spend the night onboard.
Day 9: Saturday
- Arrival in Stockholm: After a luscious breakfast on-board the cruise, we will disembark and travel by our bus to Malmö. Third largest city of Sweden and home to the Tallest Building of the whole Scandinavia.
- Visit Malmö: Cherish the second largest building of the whole Scandinavia (Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland, Greenland) and the beach in Malmö. DON’T WORRY! We do not bring you to some location and abandon you to roam around on your own. See-TM shall accompany you around the most popular tourist attractions. After spending a few hours in Malmö, you will begin your return journey back to the Netherlands & Belgium.
Day 10: Sunday
- Arrival back home and time to cherish all the wonderful memories of 3 Scandinavian Capitals & Magical Lapland.
