See-EU Trips Binding Terms & Conditions for Bookings


…to pay any additional charges as to food, tickets, public transport etc yourself. (It is clearly mentioned what is included in the price of a trip in each trip details.)


…to make your payment directly into our bank account within 48 hours of booking and put the Order ID in the transfer message. Or, if you are making a booking in less than 3 days time from departure, that you will send us the screenshot of your bank transfer within 5 hours of your booking. You also agree to know that placing a booking order blocks seats and rooms for you and that initiating a booking order makes you liable to pay the whole amount even if you do not join. Note that following the regulations about non-payment, you would be contacted 3 times in writing asking you to pay and thereafter an invoice shall be sent with one week notice. After that one week, 8% interest is being charged on the amount together with any costs that See-EU shall bear on legal proceedings for the recovery of the amount. You may also be barred from joining any of the See-EU trips until the settlement of due payments. (See-EU may accept your unpaid booking order cancellation request only if there is any medical emergency supported by a medical certificate from an authorized practitioner ascertaining clearly your inability to travel during the subjected days of travel under your booking.)


…that if you cancel your reservation at least 7 working days before the actual departure day of a trip, we will refund the amount (-20% administrative charges) only if your place is taken by someone else. If you cancel your reservation more than 10 days before the actual departure date of the trip, a fixed amount of 10€ pp (for a one day trip) or 20€ pp (for trips with longer than one day duration) shall be deducted from the refund amount as administrative charges. And that there will be no refund of the amount if you cancel your reservation when the trip is departing in less than 7 working days time or if your place/s remain vacant and not taken by anyone else. We cannot adjust the amount for any other trips either since it would practically mean cancellation of your current booking.


…that See-EU holds the right to cancel or postpone any trip if the minimum number of participants is not reached. (Participants shall be informed at least 3 days in advance about it. Full amount shall be refunded to you.) You agree that See-EU may ask you to join the trip from another nearest pick-up point if there are less than 5 persons from any pick-up location announced for a trip. (same applies for drop-off as well)


…to the See-EU bus regulations including the baggage allowance rules (see here: BUS REGULATIONS) and that See-EU shall not be held liable for any loss or theft of your belongings during your journey with us.


…that if there are any delays due to unforeseeable circumstances, See-EU shall not be held liable for it. (The return timings provided in trip details are according to the best information available to us but still they may differ due to weather, traffic or other practical reasons during the travel itself.)


…that See-EU shall not be responsible if there is any legal infringement as to your identification documents and that you would always carry your passport with you.


…to respect the dignity and integrity of See-EU as an organization and it’s staff and other participants. See-EU has zero tolerance policy against undignified behaviour. Any form of undignified behaviour or usage of foul language (verbal or written) during or after a trip may lead to expulsion from our ongoing and upcoming trips for lifetime.


…that the seat numbers are automatically provided by our system in the order of reservation made by you and you may switch them only with the consent of the seat holders.

…that the information provided by you is true and authentic. If not, See-EU shall have the right to nullify your reservation for a trip at any stage before or during the trip.
…that See-EU may publish the photos taken during the trips on its social media platforms. (you may let us know by email if you would not like to be on any group photos taken by our Tour Managers or other participants during the trips.)
… to make sure that you will be COVID-Safe during the trip before you book any of our trip as well as to follow Corona protocols of the destination/s. (Non-compliance may result in the termination of your booking without any financial liability of See-Globe BVBA.)
